Condo Check
A security agent will conduct a full inspection and a photo of the condo will be forwarded with the report.
One time fee: $20.00
Single Service
One site visitation and property check for single family homes.
One time fee: $25
The Basic
A bi-weekly site visitation / 2 property checks.
Monthly Price : $50.00
Bronze Plan
One site visitation/ property check per week.
Monthly Price : $100.00
Silver Plan
Two site visitations/ property checks per week.
Monthly Price : $200.00
Gold Plan
Three site visitations/ property checks per week.
Monthly Price : $300.00
Storm Watch
In the event of a major storm, OBX Security will often coordinate a property check. The homeowner will be promptly notified of any storm damage.
Additional Services
(As Needed)
OBX Security works with

in the event of property damage.
Refund Policy
OBX Security will grant a full refund of the service fee if the following events occur:
Unforeseen plans interfere with our ability to provide services.
Services are no longer required due to personal reasons as long as the provider is notified in a timely manner.
